You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization to use the Services. By using SkillSet AI, you represent that you are a licensed law firm or an authorized representative of one.
SkillSet AI provides software tools that automate intake, lead qualification, and retainer workflows for personal injury law firms. We do not provide legal advice, representation, or law firm services.You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and complying with all applicable laws, ethical rules, and regulations in your jurisdiction.
To access the Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Fees are billed in accordance with your subscription plan or custom agreement. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services and a monetary penalty.
You agree not to: Use the Services for any unlawful purpose. Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services. Use the Services to mislead clients, provide unauthorized legal advice, or violate professional rules of conduct.Interfere with or disrupt the Services’ operation.
You retain ownership of client data you upload or process through SkillSet AI.You grant SkillSet AI a limited license to use this data solely to provide the Services. We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our use of data is further described in the Privacy Policy.
SkillSet AI is legal technology, not a law firm. Nothing in the Services constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. Your firm is solely responsible for the accuracy of any information shared with clients and compliance with applicable rules.
All rights, titles, and interests in the Services (including software, designs, trademarks, and content) are owned by SkillSet AI or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or fail to make payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will end, but certain provisions (e.g., fees owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SkillSet AI does not guarantee specific case outcomes, lead conversions, or financial results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 2 months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkillSet AI, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, including violations of laws or professional conduct rules.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, SC.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
